How do I make my screen completely white (or another colour)?
Open the white screen (or another colour) and press Start white screen. Choose cool, neutral or warm white and the brightness. Press Esc or double-click to come back.
Step by step
- Open the white screen, or a colour such as the green screen or red screen.
- Press Start white screen, or click the preview, or press F.
- Choose Cool, Neutral or Warm and set the brightness (↑ and ↓ change it while showing).
- Tick Keep the screen awake to stop the device dimming, and set Turn off after for a sleep timer.
- Press Esc or double-click (double-tap on a phone) to exit.
Questions and fixes
It isn’t bright enough
The slider can only dim the picture. Turn up your device’s own brightness and switch off Night Light, Night Shift or True Tone, which tint white towards yellow.
The screen still goes to sleep
Keep the screen awake uses the browser’s wake lock and works only while the page is open. Battery saver modes can still dim the screen.
